Where it fits

The base carries the inverter power stage and dissipates its heat through the finned underside. Fin integrity, flatness under the power modules and consistent wall sections drive thermal performance.

Process rationale

High-pressure die casting forms the thin, deep cooling fins and fine cast-in detail this part needs net-shape - geometry that would be uneconomical to machine.
